"How do I know which MEMBER PASS I have?"
Not sure which MEMBER PASS you ended up with? No problem! It's not hard to find out:
FROM YOUR COMPUTER
1. Sign into your Gizmoplex account at gizmoplex.com.
- You'll see a SIGN IN link in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Go to your PURCHASES page.
- You can jump straight to the PURCHASES page by selecting MY VIDEOS from the navigation bar.
3. Look for a product called MEMBER PASS.
- You'll see a list of all videos and passes activated for your Gizmoplex account.
- Look for one called a GIZMOPLEX MEMBER PASS.
4. Click VIEW PRODUCT to access your member content.
- In the title of the page, you'll see the duration of your Gizmoplex Member Pass.
- In the description at the top, you'll also see the date that your Gizmoplex Member Pass expires.
FROM THE APPS
1. Sign into the Gizmoplex app using your email and password.
- Make sure you use the same email and password you used when activating your Gizmoplex pass!
2. Navigate to the LIBRARY section.
3. Choose the PURCHASED tab.
4. Look for a product called MEMBER PASS.
- You'll see a list of all videos and passes activated for your Gizmoplex account.
- Look for one called a GIZMOPLEX MEMBER PASS.
5. Select MEMBER PASS to access your member content.
- In the title of the product, you'll see the duration of your Gizmoplex Member Pass.
- In the description at the top of the list of videos, you'll also see the date that your Gizmoplex Member Pass expires.
