"How do I access my videos and Gizmoplex Pass?"

Please read: your Gizmoplex videos and passes are not missing.

It appears there's a significant tech glitch occurring with Vimeo OTT, the underlying video streaming platform powering the Gizmoplex. Vimeo's engineers are aware of the issue, and we're told they're working as fast as they can to fix it.

However, the good news is that all of your videos  are still available -- there's just a problem loading the list that shows all of them in one place.

To access your videos while the glitch is being fixed, you still have several options:

1. Search for the video you want on gizmoplex.com using the SEARCH link.

2. Access your videos by logging into the Gizmoplex Virtual Theater.

3. Access your pass on gizmoplex.com using the following links:

Those links will take you directly to the corresponding passes, and you should still have access to whichever pass you were using before.

If that doesn't work, or you're still not able to access your videos, please let us know.

In the meantime, we'll keep pushing Vimeo OTT to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience, and apologize again for the tech issues.
