"Where is my MST3K HOLIDAY CARD?"
If your rewards included the MST3K HOLIDAY CARD, you should have received it between mid-December 2021 and mid-January 2022. Since the card was sent via USPS First Class Mail, we are unable to provide individual tracking numbers.
If you did not receive the MST3K HOLIDAY CARD by the end of January 2022, there are a few possible explanations:
You haven't completed your BackerKit Reward Survey.
If you didn't fill out your BackerKit survey and provide your shipping address, we have no way to send your card, because we don't know where to mail it. But don't panic: you can still complete your BackerKit survey now, and we'll include your holiday card in our next major wave of shipments in early 2022.
If you didn't get your survey, see instructions on how to get it re-sent.
Your rewards didn't include an MST3K Holiday Card.
It's been about 6 months since the Kickstarter ended, so it's not uncommon to forget exactly what rewards you pledged for. If you haven't received an MST3K Holiday Card by the end of January 2022, it's also possible that your rewards didn't include the holiday card.

Your card got lost in the mail. (It happens!)
If you've completed your survey, provided the correct address, and have confirmed that your rewards should have included a holiday card, the most likely explanation is that it got lost in the mail en route to you! But don't worry: if didn't receive it by the end of January 2022, please let our support team know and we'll send another!
