"When will you charge for shipping?"

When we're ready to start packing and shipping your rewards, we'll follow up to confirm and collect your final shipping fees. 

As of now, we expect to collect most of the shipping costs for physical rewards in APRIL or MAY 2022.

However, since COVID is creating a lot of unexpected delays in the shipping pipeline, it's possible these dates will change, so keep checking this page for the most current information.

When it's time to pay for shipping, we'll give you at least TWO WEEKS TO MAKE PAYMENT, so that you have plenty of time and don't get caught with an unexpected charge. If needed, you'll also be able to provide new credit card information to make the payment on a different card.
