"Can I change an answer on my survey?"

Completed your reward survey and need to change one of your answers? Here's how.

Once your pledge survey has been locked, you will no longer be able to edit any details of your survey aside from SHIPPING INFO and PAYMENT DETAILS... but our support team might be able to help change them for you!

To request changes to your survey:

  • Double-check your original answer submission by reviewing your survey.
  • Then, email our Backer Support Team at kickstarter@mst3k.com.
  • Be sure to include your email address and full name, so we can locate the right pledge!
